Patrick Ceriale, Brewer and Barrel Master at Telegraph Brewing, and Sandy Harrison, Co-Owner of Valley Brewers Home Brewing and Winemaking Supply, lend their expertise to novice and intermediate homebrewers in the of a series of home brewing workshops.
This interactive session will follow Patrick and Sandy through a collaborative 10 gallon batch of Saison from start to finish. Our instructors will pause throughout the brew cycle to address specific topics, including: recipe design, home brewing techniques, yeast health, a discussion of small batch equipment, and pro-tips.
Our October 9th session runs from noon-5pm. $25/person.
